Responsible for managing contract labour operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, labour laws, and contract terms. Coordinates between labourers and internal teams, monitors performance, and addresses productivity, safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily activities of contract labour.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and labour laws.
Coordinate with labour contractors and maintain records of workforce deployment.
Conduct inspections and report on performance and compliance.
Support onboarding, training, and orientation of new contract workers.
Qualifications :
Fresher or 1 year experience in labour contract management.
Knowledge of labour laws, safety standards, and vendor management.
Strong communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to handle multiple contractors and priorities under pressure
We are looking for a proactive MBA-qualified BDE to drive sales and business growth in the labour contracting sector. This field-intensive role involves client interaction, lead generation, and expanding business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business in labour contracting and manpower outsourcing.
Conduct field visits to industries, warehouses, and construction sites.
Build strong client relationships and pitch, negotiate, and close contracts.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
An entry-level/early-career role supporting senior business development efforts in the labour contracting sector. Involves field visits, lead generation, client follow-ups, and assisting in contract closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Support senior team in business development and lead generation.
Conduct field visits to industries, construction sites, and warehouses.
Maintain client database, follow up with prospects, and schedule meetings.
Assist with proposals, contracts, and compliance (PF, ESI, wages).
Gather client feedback and prepare activity reports.
Qualifications :
Any Graduate with 2–3 years of experience.
Knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and statutory requirements.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, with a field-sales mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively and work independently.
