Contract-to-Hire (C2H), also known as Temp-to-Perm Staffing, allows employers to evaluate candidates for a fixed period before making a long-term commitment. With C2H staffing, the candidate initially works as an employee of Perito and, upon mutual agreement, transitions into a full-time employee of the client.
